Use the platform to create identities for real or planned products, services and organisations, in compliance with the laws that apply to you.

No hateful, harassing, violent or sexual content; no content that exploits minors; no promotion of illegal goods, weapons, narcotics or fraudulent financial schemes.

Do not attempt to reproduce existing trademarks, copy protected logos or create brands designed to be confused with another company, person or public institution.

Do not generate brand copy that makes false medical, legal, financial or safety guarantees, or that presents AI-generated assets as third-party endorsements.

No scraping, reselling of raw model access, credential sharing, automated bulk generation outside your own account, or attempts to bypass credit accounting.

Do not probe, penetration-test or disrupt the service without written authorisation. Report vulnerabilities to [email protected].

Report abusive brands or misuse to [email protected] with links and details.

Depending on severity we may warn, remove assets, pause generation, or suspend the account. Serious or repeated breaches end access without refund of consumed credits.
