The agreement between us.

Silae generates complete brand identities — logo concepts, color systems, typography, patterns, packaging, social kits, website style, brand voice and guidelines. Individual services are purchased with credits from your dashboard.

An account is created during checkout. You are responsible for the accuracy of your details, for your password (minimum eight characters) and for all activity under your account.

One credit costs 0.10 EUR. The minimum purchase is 50 credits. Credits are prepaid, do not expire, are consumed per generated service and are not exchangeable for cash. There are no subscriptions, trials or demo accounts.

Bank transfer is currently the only available payment method. Bank details are sent to your email after the order is placed and credits are added once the transfer is received. Card, PayPal and Stripe payments are announced as coming soon and are not yet selectable.

A first-registration promo code grants 5% off one order. One code per customer, not combinable with other discounts, and applied to the order total at checkout.

You own the brand assets generated from your briefs and may use them commercially. Silae retains ownership of the platform, its models, templates and interface.

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Infringing, deceptive or unlawful use may lead to suspension without refund of consumed credits.

We aim for continuous availability but may perform maintenance or update generation models. Generated output is probabilistic; we do not warrant that a specific result will be produced.

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Generated marks are not trademark-cleared. You are responsible for clearance and registration in your jurisdiction before commercial launch.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. Unused credits follow the Refund Policy.
