Your data, handled with care.

Account data: first name, last name, email address and a hashed password. Order data: credit quantity, package name, currency, applied promo code and payment method. Content data: the briefs, prompts and brand assets you generate.

Technical data: IP address, browser type and basic event logs used for security and fraud prevention.

To perform our contract with you (account, credits, generation), to comply with tax and accounting law, and for the legitimate interest of keeping the platform secure and improving it.

Bank transfer orders are reconciled from bank statements; we never see or store card numbers. When card, PayPal and Stripe methods become available, payment data is handled by the payment provider under its own privacy terms.

We share data only with processors that run the service: hosting, email delivery, AI generation infrastructure and accounting. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising.

Assets you generate belong to you. We do not use your briefs or generated identities to train public models or promote Silae without written permission.

Account and generated assets are kept while your account is active. Invoices and order records are kept for the statutory accounting period. Deleted accounts are purged within 30 days, excluding records we must keep by law.

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Write to [email protected] and we respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Encryption in transit, encrypted storage at rest, hashed passwords, least-privilege internal access and audit logging.

Where data leaves the EEA or UK, transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent safeguards.

Silae is not intended for anyone under 16 years of age.
